With over three decades of experience, Michael is the driving force behind Beler Group. His extensive career in Canadian domestic and duty-free wholesale and retail management has made him a leader in the industry. Michael has overseen the comprehensive management of duty-free operations at all major airports in Canada, forging strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence. His visionary leadership continues to guide the growth and success of the group.

Cassandra Cassar

Senior Vice President

With a degree in Business Operations, Cassandra combines her technical proficiency with practical experience to lead at Beler Group. As Senior Vice President, her diverse background spans program design in transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, accounting, IT functions, and EDI setup. Her comprehensive skill set ensures that Beler’s operations run smoothly, efficiently, and remain responsive to evolving industry needs.

With over two decades of expertise in the sales domain, Jennifer Almeida is a proven leader, currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BBM.
